FAQ

How long does the application process take within VOLO?
It might vary depending on the job profile. Usually, there are only a few weeks between your initial application and placement.
Do I get any notice after participation on interview regarding the final decision?
After each interview stage our HR team always inform the candidate about the precise deadline when the final response would be given.
If I got a rejection email once, can I apply in the future?
Of course, you are very welcome to apply again! We value a lot when a candidate takes some time to enrich his/her professional knowledge and skills and apply to Volo again.
Does VOLO offer internship opportunities for students?
Usually, we are not offering direct internship opportunities. But we are actively cooperating with Microsoft Innovation Center in Armenia and several times during a year organize bootcamp programs. It’s on average 4-6 months’ duration training program. As a result, the best graduates receive job offers from Volo and start their career journey with us.
Do I have career growth opportunities at VOLO?
Of course, you do! It’s defined by the different and concrete roles and responsibilities you take on throughout your career journey at Volo and how you reach your professional targets at each stage of the career – from entry positions to further senior roles.
Does VOLO have internal/external trainings?
Continuous development is one of our core values. We care about each employee’s personal growth and professional development.

And in this regard, we have established a very intensive and professional learning and development program that help strengthen the fundamentals of each professional area needed to perform better in current roles as well as develop competencies for further opportunities. The program is fully designed with dedication and commitment of the team of our technical seniority and lead professionals in each professional area. Our core experts are there to identify the key development needs, design professional courses and deliver them, as well as conduct competency assessment following the company’s framework and methodology. External professionals are involved to enrich the core program and broaden the internal expertise.

This program is in the constant enrichment and it includes the development both Technical (Functional) competencies and Core (Behavioral) competencies for main technical positions and levels at Volo.
