Their platform was already the authoritative source of credit data in Armenia. ACRA needed 
to close a critical gap in user accessibility; customers lacked a quick, secure way to check their credit history on the go. Without a mobile app, accessing reports was limited to desktop experiences, creating friction in moments that required instant financial insight. For a modern credit bureau, this capability was no longer optional; it was essential.

For individuals and businesses alike, delayed access to credit data means delayed decisions; missed loan windows, unresolved disputes, and blind spots in financial planning.
