ACRA Credit Reporting CJSC is Armenia’s official credit bureau and the primary source of nationwide credit information. It provides individuals and businesses with credit reports, scores, and insights to support financial decision-making.
ACRA’s goal for the mobile app was to improve accessibility, convenience, and real-time functionality for its users while maintaining the trust and consistency of its long-standing platform.

The mobile app provides secure authentication, credit report generation, dispute submission, payment integration, alerts, and full transaction history. Users can log in with PINs or biometrics, view and download reports, and track disputes, creating a seamless, on-the-go experience for managing credit data.
Technology Stack
The platform uses a cloud-native architecture with Flutter for frontend development and Dart as the programming language. Identity verification is handled through Regula Face and Document SDKs. Integration with ACRA backend systems ensures secure, real-time access to credit data, all while complying with regulatory standards.
