IBank's regulatory reporting had long relied on manual processes and fragmented legacy systems, creating compliance exposure and operational inefficiency. With a firm Q4 2025 deadline in place set by the Central Bank of Armenia, the bank needed a partner who could move fast without cutting corners.

VOLO joined as a full-cycle technology partner, embedding a cross-functional team directly alongside IBank's internal tech department. Together, we designed and delivered a centralized, automated reporting platform built on .NET, PostgreSQL, and an event-driven MassTransit architecture, replacing end-to-end manual workflows.

The platform automates data exchange with the Central Bank of Armenia, FATCA, and additional regulatory channels. Every dataset is validated in real time before submission, with end-to-end encryption, strict access controls, and full audit trails built in from day one. The system was delivered well ahead of the compliance deadline and remains actively
supported post-launch.
