VOLO Keeps Growing: Our New Office Floor is Cool, Really Cool

The past year was trying for many of us, but it was also a time of hope and hard work. Despite the hardships, VOLO continues to grow and expand its operations. Although we tend to grow more in experience than in size, 2019 was a high-growth year in both senses. Since then, our team has grown from 180 to 250+ employees, which definitely heralded the need for new office space.

As some of you may know, when we first started out, we occupied the 5th floor of our building. As the team grew in size, we expanded to 4th, and, with natural progression, now also occupy the 3rd floor.  It turned out that there was a silver lining to the quarantine after all. It gave us the opportunity to go through the noisy renovation process without disrupting our employees.

As the team slowly makes its way back from the remote working regime and starts settling in, the interior is bound to change and get cozied up with personal belongings. But for now, you’ll get the idea.

The new space turned out exactly what one would expect of VOLO – fun, yet sophisticated; comfortable, yet professional; stylish, yet functional. So let’s take a closer look.

As with our first two floors, the third is also an open-space office. We find that it really does what it’s supposed to, which is to spur collaboration and contribute to creating a convivial environment for our employees.


Everyone was excited about our elegant new conference room. When we don’t hold meetings there, it’s a great place for a movie night or a PS4 tournament ;)


Our bright, cozy kitchen is our new favorite place to unwind with some coffee and treats.


Hello, can you hear me? Our team hears you loud and clear inside our new phone booths, which are great when we have Zoom meetings or want to make a private call.


We also have a smaller meeting room for team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and what have you.


Everything in this bright area is designed to inspire new ideas and new ways of solving business challenges – it’s the sanctuary of our Business Development and Marketing team.


Of course, a stylish and modern interior does not an office make. It’s our team that gives it life and makes it a work haven. With this much more space, we have a lot more room for new employees. Check out our Careers page for an opportunity to join our growing team.
